What I do
I work as a fractional CFO and Finance Director, alongside founders and their leadership teams.

I work closely with in-house finance teams and external accountants, and advise on pricing, margins and commercial decisions.

About me
I trained and qualified as an accountant at PwC, then spent more than a decade in commercial finance at John Lewis, Hobbs and HelloFresh, where I was the first permanent UK Finance Director. Since 2022 I've worked as a fractional finance leader for founder-led SMEs.
I've worked across retail, food and subscription, flexible workspace, hospitality and professional services, always hands-on and alongside the people running the business.
